Aging & Disability Resource Connection
ILR’s ADRC Partnership dates back a decade to a time when Oregon was one of eight states approved to pilot an initiative to expand collaboration between Centers for Independent Living (CILs) like ILR, County-based Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and other community partners serving people with disabilities and seniors. ILR represented Oregon CILs on a federal learning collaborative hosted by the Administration for Community Living that pioneered the creation of a person-centered/person-directed planning model for CILs and AAAs. These efforts continue today, as CILs and AAAs are funded to provide ADRC Information & Referral and Options Counseling Services across Oregon.
